KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Schedule site visits or appointments for prospective buyers with the sales team.
Handle inbound inquiries related to property details, pricing, and project updates.
Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales conversions.
Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming projects to clients.
Maintain and update the customer database with interaction details.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve targets.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead conversion.
