Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat in Malayalam and Tamil

• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools

• Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns

Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam and Tamil (both spoken and written)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to quickly learn about products/services

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus

• Prior experience in telesales or pre-sales is an advantage
