We are looking for an energetic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and assisting clients throughout their property discovery journey.
Handle inbound and outbound leads received through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.
Understand client requirements (budget, location, configuration) and suggest suitable property options.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and follow up with clients post-visit.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and communications in the CRM system.
Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication.
Support marketing and sales activities during property launches and promotional events.
Work closely with the digital and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
