Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and coordinating site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of real estate sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with potential clients.
Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and offers.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion into site visits or sales.
Support the sales team with required documentation and client coordination.
Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Achieve assigned targets for lead conversion and site visit generation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of the real estate market and terminology.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or inside sales.
