Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Presales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), and assisting the sales team in understanding customer requirements. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, presenting solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Lead Generation and Sales skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience with RFPs and preparing proposals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in a presales role is a plus
