We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at at Netspace Infosolutions Private Limited to support the sales team by designing technical solutions, handling customer discussions, and delivering pre-sales technical expertise. The role involves translating customer requirements into effective network, security, and wireless architectures.. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer business and technical requirements through meetings, calls, and site visits
Design and propose end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions (Networking, Servers, Storage, Security, Cloud, Backup, etc.)
Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales cycle
Prepare solution architectures, technical proposals, BOQs, and compliance documents
Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoC) to customers
Coordinate with OEMs / distributors for solution design, pricing, and technical clarifications
Evaluate RFPs/RFQs and ensure accurate technical responses
Ensure proposed solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and budget requirements
Support handover to project / delivery teams post order closure
Stay updated with latest IT infrastructure technologies and industry trends
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
