Job Description

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at at Netspace Infosolutions Private Limited to support the sales team by designing technical solutions, handling customer discussions, and delivering pre-sales technical expertise. The role involves translating customer requirements into effective network, security, and wireless architectures.. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business and technical requirements through meetings, calls, and site visits

  • Design and propose end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions (Networking, Servers, Storage, Security, Cloud, Backup, etc.)

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales cycle

  • Prepare solution architectures, technical proposals, BOQs, and compliance documents

  • Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoC) to customers

  • Coordinate with OEMs / distributors for solution design, pricing, and technical clarifications

  • Evaluate RFPs/RFQs and ensure accurate technical responses

  • Ensure proposed solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and budget requirements

  • Support handover to project / delivery teams post order closure

  • Stay updated with latest IT infrastructure technologies and industry trends

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
