Role Overview:
The Delegate Acquisition professional is responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing high-quality delegates to attend conferences and events. This role focuses on outbound outreach, relationship building, and converting prospects into confirmed attendees who match the event’s target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Research and identify potential delegates aligned with event themes and target industries
2.Build and manage a strong pipeline of delegate prospects
3.Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
4.Pitch event value propositions clearly and persuasively
5.Qualify prospects and confirm delegate attendance
6.Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
7.Meet or exceed delegate acquisition targets and KPIs
8.Coordinate with marketing and content teams to align messaging
9.Provide market feedback on delegate needs, trends, and objections
10.Support on-site event execution when required
