PRE-SALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.

• Explain real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.

• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.

• Follow up with interested clients regularly.

• Schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales preferred.

• Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
