Lead Generation & Pre-Sales (Weekdays):
Source and qualify leads through outbound calling, digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
Share project details (pricing, amenities, layouts, possession timelines) with prospective customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Customer Handling & Sales (Weekends):
Meet and greet walk-in customers at the site.
Conduct site tours and explain project USPs, specifications, and benefits.
Address customer queries and assist in decision-making.
Support the Sales Manager in closing deals and completing documentation
