Hiring Pre Sales Executive - Clean Room / OT / Lab Projects | Thane

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 CTC per month

We are hiring for a leading EPC company specializing in Clean Rooms, Operation Theaters & Laboratory Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle tendering, quotation preparation & costing for HVAC/MEP projects

- Prepare BOQ, estimation, billing documents & RA Bills

- Maintain project documentation & records

- Coordinate with vendors and clients for project requirements

- Support sales & project team in pre-sales activities

- Ensure timely submission of tenders and project documents

Requirements:

- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering

- Experience: 2 to 3 Years in Clean Room / OT / Lab / HVAC / MEP Projects

- Skills: Tendering & Costing, RA Billing, MS Excel, Project Documentation, Strong Communication

- Industry: Must have experience in Healthcare / Pharma / Hospital projects
