Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management and Qualification:

  Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential buyers, qualify leads from marketing campaigns, and filter suitable prospects for the sales team. 

• Client Needs Assessment:

  Gather detailed information about clients' requirements and preferences to match them with suitable property options. 

• Information and Solution Provision:

  Provide comprehensive information about real estate projects and offerings, preparing proposals and presentations to convince clients. 

• Site Visit Coordination:

  Arrange and schedule site visits, coordinating with sales and property management to ensure a smooth viewing experience. 

• Follow-up and Lead Nurturing:

  Consistently follow up with clients to maintain engagement, address their concerns, and nurture leads until they are ready for a formal sales discussion. 

• CRM Management:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback within the CRM system. 

• Sales Team Support:

  Provide pre-meeting briefs, market insights, and property data to the sales team to aid in closing deals. 

• Market Research:

  Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and stay informed about real estate trends to support marketing and sales strategies.
