Job Description

We are currently looking for Telecaller – Freshers to join our real estate firm

📍 Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/yTeUfCb2nwJXvehQ9?g_st=iw

💰 CTC: ₹20,000 + ₹10,000 incentives per closure

⏰ Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 days a week

🔹 Week Off: 1 day per week

⚠️ Note: No leaves on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Job Responsibilities – Telecaller

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

2. Explain ongoing real estate projects, offers and property details.

3. Understand customer requirements such as budget, location and property preference.

4. Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits.

5. Maintain customer details and follow-ups in the CRM.

6. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

7. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Skills Required

Very good English communication.

Confident and clear communication.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
