You will be the face of Kalpataru, responsible for driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and interior design industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Proactively identify and connect with potential clients, including real estate developers, civil contractors, architects, and interior designers.Client Meetings & Demos: Conduct site visits and office meetings to present our range of premium doors and technical specifications.Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with "influencers" (Architects/Designers) to ensure Kalpataru is the preferred brand for their projects.Sales Cycle Management: Handle the end-to-end process from initial inquiry and technical guidance to providing quotations and closing deals.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on upcoming construction projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and monitor competitor activity.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales calls, site visits, and pipeline progress in the CRM.Candidate RequirementsEducation: Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.). Candidates with a technical background or interest in civil/interior products are preferred.Experience: 0–5 years in Field Sales. (Freshers with strong communication skills or experienced pros from Building Materials/Real Estate/Manufacturing are welcome).Language Skills: Fluent in English is a must. Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is highly preferred for local coordination.Skills: * Strong negotiation and convincing skills.Ability to read basic floor plans or technical requirements.Self-motivated with a "target-driven" mindset.Logistics: Must be comfortable with local travel across Mumbai/Thane.
