Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for initial client interaction, outbound calling, lead generation, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, explaining real estate opportunities, conducting regular follow-ups, and scheduling property site visits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.

2. Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and property needs.

3. Explain project details, property specifications, pricing, and available real estate options.

4. Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular client communication.

5. Identify potential customers and qualify leads before forwarding them to the sales team.

6. Coordinate and schedule property site visits with prospective clients.

7. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.

8. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management and conversion.

9. Maintain daily calling records, lead updates, and follow-up reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Real Estate Sales.

• Qualification: Graduate or 12th Pass.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Confidence in handling outbound calls and client interactions.

• Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and customer handling.

• Ability to understand client requirements and qualify potential leads.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.

• Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
