Pre-Sales Executive

Position: Specialist – Presales & Inside Sales (Female)

📍 Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the complete sales cycle—from planning to closure—while consistently achieving sales targets.

• Communicate with customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

• Understand customer requirements and identify relevant sales opportunities.

• Manage walk-in customers for residential projects; explain, present, and showcase properties effectively.

• Respond to customer queries and share project information via email.

• Build and manage the sales pipeline using SFDC CRM and provide regular updates.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations.

• Maintain weekly sales reports, productivity metrics, and present performance in review meetings.

• Build and sustain strong customer relationships.

• Develop and maintain a network of channel partners to drive additional business.

• Implement strategic sales plans to expand customer reach and strengthen brand presence.

• Showcase strong business acumen and real estate market understanding.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team to maximize site visits and ensure high lead-to-conversion ratios.

• Take charge of activities required to achieve walk-in targets, site visits, and overall sales goals.
