Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Presales Executive to generate and qualify leads, engage with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Presales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
