Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage pre-sales activities from lead qualification through proposal and presentation stages. • Understand client requirements and coordinate with sales and internal teams to develop suitable solutions. • Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions. • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-support documents. • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and improve conversion opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. • Handle client queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution. • Track opportunities, follow-ups, proposals, and conversion status. • Guide and support pre-sales team members in daily activities and client interactions. • Monitor pre-sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. • Support business development initiatives and contribute toward revenue targets. Required Skills • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales Support. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong client-handling, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Ability to understand business requirements and present appropriate solutions. • Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. • Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills. • Leadership and team-management abilities. • Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously. Qualification Graduate / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
