Handle inbound customer leads and inquiries through Tele/Zoho CRM
Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and walkthroughs
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover
Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in CRM
Ensure high-quality customer experience and brand representation
Participate in events, exhibitions, and site activations when required
Key Requirements
Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in pre-sales or customer engagement
Prior experience in real estate or financial services preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
Customer-centric, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Willingness to work full-time from Songbirds Sales Office
Candidates residing near Bavdhan, Pirangut, Bhugaon, Bhukum, Kothrud preferred
