Pre-Sales Executive – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming & outgoing leads from digital campaigns, portals, website & references
Quickly engage prospects through calls, WhatsApp, SMS & email
Qualify leads based on budget, location, buying intent & timeline
Share project details, pricing, amenities & investment benefits
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads for conversion
Update and manage lead data accurately in CRM systems
Coordinate with sales & marketing teams for better lead conversion
Track daily performance, lead status & conversion reports
Key Skills:
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
Strong follow-up and customer handling ability
CRM knowledge preferred
Target-driven with quick response capability
