Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – WhatsApp Marketing (Solar Systems)

Location: Thane (West)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

Job Overview:

GoGreen Ventures is seeking a proactive and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads generated through WhatsApp marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in qualifying leads, preparing customized quotations, and scheduling client meetings for our solar system solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to inbound inquiries through WhatsApp and other digital platforms.

  • Qualify leads based on budget, project scope, and interest level.

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and effectively pitch our solar solutions.

  • Prepare and send customized quotations based on client requirements.

  • Set up and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team or technical consultants.

  • Maintain lead databases and CRM updates, tracking every stage of the engagement.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead handling and improve campaign performance.

  • Follow up with leads regularly to maintain interest and increase conversion potential.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead Generation through WhatsApp and digital marketing channels.

  • Number of Qualified Meetings Set with potential clients.

  • Quotations Prepared and shared.

  • Quotation-to-Meeting Conversion Rate (effectiveness in moving leads to meetings).


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or lead generation (solar industry experience is a plus).

  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and CRM tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation practices.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and quotation formatting.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in solar or renewable energy product sales.
