The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our sales and technical teams by understanding client requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting the sales process from initial engagement to deal closure.
Engage with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements
Understand customer needs (budget, location, property type)
Explain project basics (pricing, location, amenities)
Schedule site visits or meetings
Maintain CRM data and track lead status
Follow up with potential buyers
Maintain and update lead database
Track customer interactions
Automate follow-ups (emails, SMS, WhatsApp)
Generate reports on lead conversion
Ensure no lead is missed
Share floor plans, pricing, and specifications
Update inventory status
Coordinate with sales & marketing on project features
Ensure legal approvals and documentation are ready
