ELV Estimator Job Description- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and takeoffs for ELV systems: - CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Structured Cabling, PA, Networking- Key Responsibilities: - Analyze drawings, specs, and project requirements - Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors - Source & compare vendor quotes/prices - Prepare detailed pricing sheets & tender documents - Collaborate with engineering, sales, and procurement teams - Support bidding process & value engineering - Maintain cost database & track market prices- Skills Needed: - ELV systems knowledge (CCTV, Access Control, etc.) - Estimation & tendering experience - Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD) - Strong analytical & coordination skills
