We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for female candidates who enjoy customer interaction, relationship building, and achieving targets in a professional and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Achieve daily and monthly calling & conversion targets

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in English + Hindi / Local language
Prior experience in real estate telecalling is a big plus
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach
Ability to handle objections and close leads
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp follow-ups)
