We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate to join our team. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential property buyers, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a customer-focused approach to achieve sales targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, digital platforms, walk-ins, and referrals
Engage with prospective clients and understand their property requirements
Present and explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and payment plans
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for property walkthroughs
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and real estate trends
Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into sales
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status in CRM
Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the closing sales team
Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Graduate in any discipline
1 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Customer Engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
Customer-centric mindset
Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Experience in cold calling and lead generation is an added advantage
