We are hiring a Pre-Sales Executive to support our digital marketing sales team. The ideal candidate will qualify leads, understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and coordinate with prospects to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound & outbound leads and understand client needs.

  • Explain digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Design, etc.).

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and service outlines.

  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.

  • Maintain CRM records and share pre-sales reports.

  • Coordinate professionally with clients through calls and emails.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (training provided).

  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

  • Experience in pre-sales, tele-sales, BPO, or digital marketing preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
