Job Description

A real estate presales executive is responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process. Key duties include lead generation, conducting market research, presenting property details, arranging site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into clients. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills to help close deals and meet targets. 


Core responsibilities

  • Client engagement

    Interact with potential clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings to introduce projects and build rapport.

  • Lead qualification

    Work with the sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify potential leads.

  • Project presentation

    Provide comprehensive details about properties, including features, amenities, and pricing, and deliver compelling sales pitches.

  • Site visits

    Schedule and conduct site visits to showcase properties to interested clients.

  • Needs analysis

    Understand client requirements and preferences to help them find suitable properties.

  • Sales support

    Collaborate with the sales team, assist in preparing proposals, and follow up with clients to maintain engagement and address concerns.

  • Market knowledge

    Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products to provide insights and context.

  • Follow-up and closure

    Implement robust follow-up strategies after site visits to move prospects through the sales funnel towards a successful closure.

    Skills to manage leads, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate client records. 

  • Technical proficiency

    Familiarity with CRM software and other digital tools to manage sales activities.
