Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients using online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and internal databases
Cold call and email prospects to generate new business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant recruitment services.
Explain products or services to prospective clients effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication.
Assist customers with inquiries and guide them toward suitable solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Key Requirements:
No Sales Targets: Focus is on delivering quality service and conversions.
Fluent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English (and other required languages if applicable).
Dedication & Work-Oriented Attitude: Self-motivated with a focus on achieving team goals.
