Job Summary: The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible nurturing client relationships through tele-sales and setting up meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customeroriented approach.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads. Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Understand client requirements and provide necessary information about projects. Schedule site visits for clients with the sales team. Maintain and update the CRM database. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
