We are looking for a Pre-Sales to join our team at Century Realty. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Call hot and warm leads received through various sources.
Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and flat preferences.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, payment plans, and key USPs.
Convince and motivate customers to schedule a site visit.
Fix and confirm site visit appointments with interested customers.
Follow up regularly with customers who have not yet visited the project.
Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled site visits.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
Generate maximum site visits from qualified leads.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Follow up with customers after the site visit and move them towards booking.
Update daily calling and follow-up reports.
Achieve assigned calling, appointment, site visit, and conversion targets.
