Key Responsabilities:-
Handle inbound & outbound calls from property enquiries
• Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and amenities to customers
• Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM data regularly
• Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement
• Understand customer requirements and forward qualified leads to sales managers
• Achieve daily call targets, lead conversion targets, and site visit targets
• Support marketing campaigns and events
• Prepare basic reports on calls, leads, and follow-ups
