Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Job Summary

CapitalBoon Consulting is hiring an enthusiastic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves pitching real estate projects to clients and scheduling site visits to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively pitch real estate projects to prospective clients via calls, emails, and online platforms.

  • Coordinate and schedule property site visits to engage potential buyers.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

  • Provide insights and feedback on client preferences to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

  • Fresher to 6 months of experience in sales or marketing (real estate preferred).

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive approach.

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
