Search, study, and prepare bids for electrical government and private tenders.
Analyze tender documents (BOQ, technical specifications, drawings) and prepare accurate quotations and costing.
Attend pre-bid meetings on behalf of the company and clarify technical or commercial queries.
Have sound technical knowledge of electrical materials such as cables, panels, switchgears, lighting, etc.
Coordinate and negotiate prices with vendors and suppliers to get competitive rates.
Communicate regularly with clients for tender updates and follow-ups.
Manage the entire tender process — from document preparation to submission and award.
Conduct market surveys to identify new vendors, materials, and price trends.
Maintain proper documentation, comparative statements, quotations, and email communication records.
Graduate (preferably in Electrical or Technical background).
Hands-on experience with government e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, E-tender, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document preparation.
Good understanding of electrical materials and estimation techniques.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and pre-bid discussions.
