Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales professional with experience in digital marketing and real estate client handling. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating customized marketing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of digital marketing services, and an understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements related to real estate project marketing.
• Conduct discovery calls and initial consultations with developers and real estate brands.
• Prepare customized digital marketing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Coordinate with performance marketing, creative, SEO, and social media teams for strategy inputs.
• Explain digital marketing solutions including:
o Lead Generation Campaigns
o Meta & Google Ads
o SEO for Real Estate Projects
o Social Media Marketing
o WhatsApp & CRM Automation
o Landing Pages & Funnel Strategy
o Branding & Creative Campaigns
• Assist the sales team during client meetings and presentations.
• Maintain proposal timelines and follow-up schedules.
• Research market trends and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
• Prepare cost estimates, media plans, and campaign recommendations.
• Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and channel partners. Pre-Sales Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in pre-sales, digital marketing sales, or client servicing.
• Experience working with real estate clients is preferred.
• Strong understanding of:
o Google Ads
o Meta Ads
o SEO
o Lead generation funnels
o CRM tools
o Marketing automation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create proposals and presentations independently.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
