We work as an execution partner—clients provide the designs, and we take care of the production with speed, accuracy, and factory-level finish.

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales & Business Development Executive, your core role is to acquire and nurture B2B relationships with interior designers, architects, modular studios, and turnkey contractors. You’ll be responsible for bringing them to visit our factory, demonstrating how we can handle the production of their design projects, and converting them into ongoing partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard B2B partners such as:

Interior Designers

Architects

Freelance Design Studios

Turnkey Contractors

Modular Furniture Providers

Invite prospects to visit our production facility and experience our capabilities firsthand.

Understand their design/project workflow and showcase how DekorUp can handle end-to-end production.

Promote EZY Cabinets and our space-saving furniture as ready-to-integrate solutions.

Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth handover from lead to project execution.

Provide post-meeting support and follow-ups to build strong, recurring business relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in business development or pre-sales (experience in interiors, modular furniture, or B2B sales is a strong advantage).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Confidence in conducting client meetings and explaining technical production benefits.

Ability to read or understand basic 2D/3D interior design plans is a plus.

Self-driven and target-focused mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design Management, or a relevant field.
