M/s. S. Ray-West Bengal Infrastructure Advisory Services (SRWINS) is looking for a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our growing team.
• Position: Personal Assistant
• Experience: 0-3Years
• Qualification: Graduate, Masters preferable
• Languages: Excellent drafting and communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
• Travel: Frequent travel required across company business locations
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
1. Strong coordination and reporting skills
2. Proficiency in documentation and professional correspondence
3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
4. Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings and travel schedules.
5. Draft professional letters, emails, reports minutes of meetings and official correspondence
6. Coordinate with clients, banks, government departments and internal teams.
7. Maintain confidential records, files and documentation.
8. Handle office administration, follow-ups and communication.
9. Prepare presentations and assist in business development activities
10. Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Location: Kolkata (with travel requirements)
Salary: Rs.15k to Rs.20k/ month+ other perks as per company policy.
