The role demands complete ownership of partner onboarding, client enrollment, end-to-end client lifecycle management, and team management. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic leader, trusted advisor to clients, and a strong bridge between partners, internal teams, and senior management.
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic partners aligned with organizational goals.
Drive client enrollment through partner channels and direct engagements.
Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements.
Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of partners and clients.
Own the complete client lifecycle from onboarding to retention, renewal, and expansion.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients and partners.
Act as the primary escalation point for high-impact client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery.
Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client expansion.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
