We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our team at Shiksharatan India Foundation. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for the Director.
Assist in the preparation of business documents, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
Provide administrative support to special projects as required.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,Computer Knowledge,Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
