Requirement: Personal vehicle required for local travel and client visits, wherever applicable.

with the team.

2. Student Ambassadors & BTL Activities: Recruit student ambassadors to promote and sell

Talocity.ai products and drive campus-level BTL activities.

3. Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads, promote Talocity.ai solutions, and convert

prospects into customers.

4. Sales & Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, track sales performance,

and achieve revenue targets.

IV. Goal of the B2C Sales Manager

Drive B2C sales growth by acquiring customers across colleges, universities, and student

communities. Generate qualified leads, promote Talocity.ai's AI-powered assessments and career

development solutions, convert prospects into paying customers, and build strong relationships

with students and educational institutions. Achieve sales targets while expanding Talocity.ai's

presence across the allocated location.
