Outreach Executive

We are hiring Outreach Executives to manage chat + calling-based client outreach. The role involves connecting with potential clients through multiple platforms and converting them into qualified meetings.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,Computer Knowledge,Lead Generation.

Hiring: Outreach Executive (Chat + Cold Calling)

Work Mode: Hybrid
Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Additional Payout: ₹3,000 per project (if performance criteria not met)

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients via Cold Calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn & Email

• Initiate conversations through calls and chat

• Use scripts effectively & handle basic objections

• Follow up with interested leads

• Convert leads into meetings/bookings

• Update lead data in CRM/Excel

• Ensure proper tracking and data accuracy

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Confidence in calling + chatting

• Basic sales understanding

• motivation-driven mindset

• Fresher & experienced both can apply

Compensation & Terms

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month

• Performance-based incentives

• Opportunity to handle multiple projects

Important Note

• Compensation may shift to ₹3,000 per project basis in case of underperformance

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with Freshers.
