We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as an Outbound Travel Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong background in sales, and solid operational knowledge in the outbound travel industry.
Handle outbound tour inquiries from clients and agents.
Design and customize international travel itineraries based on client preferences.
Prepare quotations, confirm bookings, and manage all operational requirements.
Maintain good relationships with overseas suppliers and partners.
Achieve sales targets through efficient communication and follow-up.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients, operations, and vendors.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the outbound travel industry.
Strong knowledge of destinations, itineraries, and international travel operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
