About the Role:

We seek an experienced and result-driven General Manager to lead the daily operations of our seed business focused on field crops. The role encompasses responsibility from production to sales and aims to drive business growth while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end operations from seed production to sales.

- Develop and execute strategies for business growth and improved operational efficiency.

- Lead and mentor the team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.

- Ensure quality control and compliance throughout production processes.

- Build and nurture relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

- Analyze business performance and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in Agriculture (B.Sc Agriculture or equivalent).

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the seed industry.

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a General Manager in a seed production company.

- Strong leadership qualities with proven capability to achieve results.

Personal Attributes:

- Male candidate aged between 30-40 years is preferred.

- Deep domain knowledge in agriculture and seed production.

- Result-oriented, proactive, and strong leadership skills to guide the team and operations.
