Operation Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and organized Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of retail stores and ensure operational excellence across all locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving store performance, optimizing processes, driving sales growth, managing staff productivity, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail store operations to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of business goals.

• Monitor store performance metrics including sales, inventory, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and visual merchandising guidelines.

• Coordinate with store managers to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

• Analyze sales trends and operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.

• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.

• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of retail staff.

• Collaborate with HR, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams for seamless operations.

• Handle escalations related to customer service and operational issues.

• Drive customer engagement initiatives and enhance in-store experience.

• Prepare regular operational and business performance reports for senior management.
