Operations Manager – Furniture
we are looking for an experienced Operations & Vendor Coordination Manager to manage coordination between customers, vendors and our internal team.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to final delivery
• Understand customer requirements, dimensions, fabrics, finishes and customizations
• Communicate complete order specifications accurately to vendors
• Coordinate with furniture manufacturers, carpenters, upholsterers and other vendors
• Regularly follow up on production timelines and pending work
• Keep customers updated about their order status
• Coordinate approvals, changes and customization requirements between customers and vendors
• Track multiple ongoing orders and ensure committed timelines are followed
• Coordinate quality checks, packing, dispatch and delivery
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues without unnecessary escalation
• Maintain order records, vendor updates and production status
Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of experience in furniture, interiors, home décor or a related industry preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong vendor follow-up and customer-handling ability
• Organized and capable of managing multiple orders simultaneously
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and order tracking
• Responsible, proactive and execution-focused
