Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Insurance

Location: Rohtak, Haryana

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and target-driven Field Sales Officers to join our insurance sales team in Rohtak. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and promoting insurance products to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients for insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)

Conduct field visits, explain product benefits, and convert leads into sales.

Maintain good relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Report daily sales activities and progress to the branch manager.

Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate business.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Age: 20–35 years

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented

Experience in insurance, finance, or field sales preferred
