Grooming Education Academy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can guide and convert student inquiries into enrollments for CA, CMA, and ACCA courses. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media
• Call the students and convert them to the Course.
• Counsel students regarding CA, CMA, and ACCA courses and career opportunities
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
• Follow up with interested students and parents regularly
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with the academic team for student onboarding and batch allocation
• Build long-term relationships with students for future course enrollments.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to explain courses and career opportunities clearly
• Good sales and negotiation ability
• Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, and calling tools
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualification
• Graduate in Commerce / Business / Marketing
• Experience in education sales or counselling (preferred)
