The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for handling online customer enquiries, generating sales through digital channels, following up with leads, and assisting customers throughout the purchase process. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of jewellery products and online sales platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, calls, and other online platforms.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Explain jewellery products, designs, prices, offers, making charges, and availability to customers.
Share product images, videos, catalogues, and product details with customers.
Generate leads through online enquiries and convert them into sales.
Follow up regularly with interested and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.
Coordinate with the Store Sales, Inventory, Billing, and Dispatch teams for order processing.
Prepare and share quotations and product details as required.
Assist customers with online booking/order confirmation and payment processes.
Maintain proper records of online enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Update customer and lead information in CRM/Excel/software.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
Maintain good relationships with online customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
