Online Sales Executive

Job Description

Kamal Textile is a wholesale saree business receiving daily leads through Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls. We are looking for a responsible and smart executive who can handle customer inquiries, convert leads into orders, and manage billing and shipping coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Reply to all incoming WhatsApp messages from customer leads promptly

• Attend and handle phone calls from new and existing customers

• Share product details, prices, photos, and videos with customers

• Understand customer requirements and convert leads into confirmed orders

• Prepare bills/invoices accurately for confirmed orders

• Coordinate with packing/shipping team and share shipping details with customers

• Maintain proper records of orders, payments, and dispatch details

• Follow up with customers for payments and repeat orders

• Provide polite, professional, and clear communication at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English/regional language is a plus)

• Experience in WhatsApp sales, customer handling, or wholesale business preferred

• Basic knowledge of billing/invoicing (manual or software-based)

• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, phone calls, and basic computer/mobile apps

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple leads daily

• Honest, reliable, and sales-oriented mindset
