Online Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and digitally skilled Online Salesman to manage and grow our online sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for introducing our products to potential customers through various online platforms, handling inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth sales process from promotion to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion Online

  • Promote our products through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.), online marketplaces, and other digital channels.

  • Create engaging posts, product descriptions, and reels/stories to attract potential buyers.

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Online Sales Handling

• Manage online listings, update product availability, and track inventory.

• Process orders received through online channels and coordinate packaging and dispatch.

• Handle payments, confirm transactions, and share order details with customers.

• Customer Interaction & Support

  • Guide customers about the product, pricing, delivery options, and offers.

  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.

  • Maintain good relationships with regular customers for repeat orders.

• Sales Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain records of daily inquiries, confirmed orders, dispatches, and sales targets.

• It is a Part Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
