Job Title: GEM Operator / E-Tender Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years in GEM portal and E-Procurement systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire bidding process on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.

• Search, identify, and shortlist suitable GEM tenders and bids on a regular basis.

• Fill and submit tenders on GEM portal, ensuring 100% compliance with requirements.

• Upload necessary documents (technical/commercial), prepare BOQ, and ensure timely submission.

• Participate in online tenders floated by government authorities, Indian Railways, ministries, PSUs, and other departments.

• Communicate with government authorities for clarification or submission of documents.

• Maintain records of tenders submitted, status, documentation, and follow-ups.

• Handle e-Procurement portals like CPPP, IREPS, EPROC, and other government tender platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with GEM Portal operations.

• Knowledge of e-Procurement and e-Tendering portals like:

  • Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP)

  • Indian Railways E-Procurement System (IREPS)

  • E-Tender portals of ministries and departments

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to handle documentations like tender forms, affidavits, declarations, price bids, etc.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
