Digital Telemedia Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and skilled E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, improving customer experience, coordinating with marketplaces, and driving overall online growth.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

• Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to boost visibility and sales.

• Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and coordinate dispatch.

• Track and analyse sales performance, inventory levels, and pricing.

• Handle marketplace queries, claims, payments, and policy updates.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, packaging, and logistics.

• Implement promotional campaigns, deals, and offers to increase revenue.

• Manage customer feedback, respond to reviews, and ensure excellent service.

• Ensure timely reporting on sales numbers and e-commerce performance.

🧩 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Marketing preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho etc.).

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.

• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and result-oriented mindset.

⭐ Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Knowledge of inventory/warehouse management.

• Experience with listing tools or e-commerce ERP software.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, etc.).
